2016. Acrylic on panel, 10x8in. I don’t like to reveal much about myself but a funny thing happens when you get older, you start to look back. What seemed like no time at all suddenly becomes massive chunks of your life. Looking back, I just remember thinking, "someday this war is gonna end..."That line is from Apocalypse Now after Kilgore explains his napalm story. He ends it with that and walks away while the war is still going on. Full steam ahead!
